Odaiba

Today, we went to Odaiba, a manmade island off the coast of Tokyo. We rode a train across the Rainbow Bridge, which was really neat! We then walked along the beach and saw the replica Statue of Liberty. There was a sign for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, as some events will be held there.

The next thing we did was go to the Tokyo Trick Art Museum. The paintings on the wall appeared 3D when you took the picture from the right angle. My favorite was the one that made it look like I was riding a Tiger.

We had lunch at Kua ‘aina Aqua City, where I got my burger fix. I had the avocado and cheddar burger. It was amazing!

We then went to the Emerging Science Museum, which was full of robots, space discoveries, and medical displays. It was really interesting and wish we could have spent more time there!

We went to a shrine on top of the Aqua City mall and watched the sun set over the water. It was beautiful!
